😳 🎶The 3 Biggest Mistakes Musicians, Composers & Songwriters Make When Trying to Get Your Music Licensed & Placed: MusicReboot.com
On this Tyler Armstrong Interview: His upbringing in Springfield, Illinois and his transitioning from baseball to music… early experiences in sessions and the challenges the band has faced in the music industry, recent success & opening for Blackberry Smoke. Reaching out to bands for opportunities, the importance of authenticity in music, the dynamics of rock music, the meaning behind specific songs, value of authenticity and being true to oneself, the impact of personal experiences on songwriting. Spirituality and how it has influenced his life, including his unique perspective on how he views God and the role of sacrifice in his life. A review of his main guitars, his hobbies outside of music, including fishing and being a fan of Illinois Fighting Illini basketball. He expresses gratitude for the supportive community in his life and offers words of wisdom to live life to the fullest
Tyler is the primary songwriter and guitar player for the band FEEL. FEEL is an up and coming band and I can assure you, this band will be making waves very soon, and I wanted to turn all my listeners on to them. If you like old school rock and roll, with a unique style that includes blues, rock, some jazz, great long jams, and lots of break up on tube amps, you will LOVE these guys. FEEL has an EP out called Live in St Petersburg, made right down the road from me at Jannus Live St. Pete, Florida. I was also lucky enough to get a sneak preview of some of the band’s new tracks and all I can say is we’re all in store for great music as they continue releasing new music moving forward.

Because dickey played loud and was crazy
What a phenominal interview with a beautiful, talented, self-aware deliciously complex woman!
Mike Bloomfield had squat to do with Indian music. Robben always fails to admit the elephants in the room when it comes to obvious influences. Eric Clapton, whose tone he has been chasing his entire career, BB King, Albert King, Freddie King, Buddy Guy,
This interview is fantastic. Carlisi’s iconic ‘chicken-picken’ riffs and rhythms are responsible for 38 Special’s success. Jeff’s music is played everyday all across the globe and will outlive us all. Thank you Mr. Carlisi for all your great works.
We just had Andy on our podcast. He was such a great guest. The Cape was insane. Loved hearing his story.
Terrific band Jason is a great ball and Warrennis the fire!
Guitar centered music are very boring to me. Perfect Circle is a great band in the 90’s and in the 90’s there were so many guitar centered bands but I moved on.
I listen to Big Head Todd's Bittersweet at least once a day. Can't get enough of them.
Thank you for listening @ernestinebrown839! 🎉🔥😇
Screw the rnr hof. Rnr doesn't need to pat itself on the back, it just needs to rock
Right on @neakapla, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
In six seconds Jeff Berlin broke down every song Zappa made..Jeff is a “bad bad” man and this was an amazing and intellectually rewarding interview
Thanks for your kind words @ktmpl and glad you enjoyed this 👍🏻🎸♫
You laugh like a mental patient
Blood Sweat and Tears' second album with "openers" John Mayal's "Room to Move" was my very first concert experience. I kept searching blues players after that and mostly play guitar comp and fill and lead in a horn band these days. My Solo instrumental stuff I practice at home so as not to get too "stale" with the public stuff. I try not to "can" my parts but just concentrate on what works the best at any moment. It's the "sharing while playing" that keeps me interested. I learned to read and play piano before but the guitar helped me leave all that behind. I like being a lone arranger.
Thank you for listening @UA-cammademeaddahandle! 🎉🔥😇
What cool stories and what a nice person. He deserves his memories. I love the Tommy Bolin stories
Glad you enjoyed the interview @littlejimeeeerr, and thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
thought the thumbnail was a fallout ghoul for a second
Xanax wasn't approved in the US back then. It was more likely Valium. Maybe he doesn't want to say what it was.
Imagine a DJ thinking, "I like this song, I'm going to play it." And then playing it. The local stations in my area play the same songs from the same artists. I take that back, there is one station that plays into the void by sabbath, otherwise it's the same old same old.
Thank you for listening @Lawdog652! 🎉🔥😇
What a great and talented artist. You have a great story to tell Mike and gave it the dignity it deserves. I was there as your close neighbor seeing from the outside looking in before everyone's life changed. Years later, I found out through my father that you had become the musician you are today. Keep at it. You have so much to share and deserve much success.
Glad you enjoyed the interview @richkilmer7616, and thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
You must invite Guthrei Govan to a podcast like this. It's a MUST! The world requests such achievement. Thank you 🤘🏼
I'm a right handed dude who plays guitar left handed - in the mid 80s when i was first looking at guitars to buy i was outa luck - even now if i ask for the Lt hd guitar section, i'm shown the EXIT sign - ive got 2 Squires and i love em - ive also got a Greg Bennett Les Paul i just love - If i ever get to say hello to Jack , the day will be a glorious one
Right on @davidrice3337, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
Great guitarist. Loved his solo on "In my own hands"
Thank you for listening @guydixon231! 🎉🔥😇
Thanks for listening! Subscribe & check out the rest of our interviews here: ua-cam.com/users/EveryoneLovesGuitar 🎶 💥 🎸
I think the Rob Cavallo guitar-ringer for Jesse Camp (01:19:58) sounds like Tim Pierce. 🙂
Right on @haymakersboston, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
I saw Andy with Don Ross in Lindsay Ontario, 10 - 15 years ago. It was mind blowing
Jack will probably back me up on this because I have ordered Fender Guitars thinking the Brand Name would save me. Unfortunately Jacks 1 in 10 Theory seems to be correct. Buy Squires and that way if the guitar sucks (like most of mine do) you didn't loose so much! Besides, 3 to 1 are better odds!
Thank you for listening @fukhue8226! 🎉🔥😇
Fishbone? Love Fishbone. Seen em, maybe, 6 times back in the day.
Right on @williamweiss6128, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
A bit lax on your musical knowledge.
She is the most talented kick azz female vocalist of my loooonngg lifetime. “Talent” actually doesn’t even begin to embrace Ms. Hart’s spectacular ability. The world would be less without Beth.
Glad you enjoyed the interview @tundrawomansays694, and thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
I had the great pleasure of preforming and recording with Mike in Nashville along with Tony Colton. We lost Tony not long ago but I take love watching Mike on Opry and Ray Stevens. Love this talented guy.
Thank you for listening @cathydover7708! 🎉🔥😇
Everything i know just went out the window.
Thank you for listening @bryandraughn9830! 🎉🔥😇
Saw them w blues traveler last year. Great vibes, fun times
"You Know"
The cars rule
In my opinion, Beth is the best rock/blues/jazz/soul singer in the world today, bar none! (male or female). She's absolutely in a class of her own! But, having said that... she's a total 100% fuck up... who's absolutely in love with psychological dramas and issues. She's one of those people who simply could not survive in this world without a million and one endless fuck ups in her life. She literally needs it to function. No surprise she lives in L.A... she's PERFECT for L.A. Plus, anyone who still believes the "pandemic was real" and that Bill and Hillary Clinton are "good people"... well, they're out of their fucking minds.
Big Head Todd is still one of my top two bands! I totally connect with his music.
Great band, wow adverts
Thank you for listening @billkingston4402! 🎉🔥😇
Interesting interview, thanks. Personally I’m slowly but surely working my way through the Eastman range. Absolutely amazing instruments. I really am so glad youtube came along, it put me onto Eastman and made me very wary of the big brand mass production names.
Agree, love my Eastmans @martintaylor1758! 🎉🔥😇
Love the Hi Jivers!
Right on @peacetrain3320, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
It's almost 3:30 in the morning Listening to your interview with Jeff carlisi of 38 special. I saw 38 special open for rush. I saw the last concert Lynyrd Skynyrd did Tokyo I never heard 4 walls of Raiford until this morning. Just Ronny and Jeff. ❤ I lived in California most of my life and also lived in Nashville Tennessee for 6 years. I knew about ed king. I just turned 62 and I bought a couple of guitars this year after my mom died. Play the bands 80s 90s 2000s. There's always someone that can't leave a special moment alone.
Glad you enjoyed the interview @davesuth8424, and thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
I LOVED HIGH SCHOOL! ONE OF THE BEST TIMES OF MY LIFE!!! 1986-1988. LAKEWOOD HIGH, LAKEWOOD, CALIFORNIA!!! -BIRD of the Jones Clan Posse!!!
Right on @BigSteve_NorthIdaho, thanks for listening! 🎸💥🙌🏻
Didn't realise Bill Laswell ripped off Michael? Worked with laswell in his studio in west orange 1999..he was a strange dude for sure...it didn't work out great but he made $150,000
Thank you for listening @stuartcarswell2815! 🎉🔥😇
If my numbers came in tonight, Michael is the guy I'd hire to produce our record.. he's a genius
Yes, I agree @stuartcarswell2815 - thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
As an actor who decided to be a crewman until i found my break, this very much speaks to me. I want to cut an album with him.
I would LOVE to see a reaction to Neil Peart live in Frankfurt. Crazy stuff. The look on your face will be priceless.
Love NY Groove and Can't Shake Loose, I Know There's Somethin's Goin On
Thank you for listening @BarkleyConners! 🎉🔥😇
One of the most underrated guitar players to ever live !! This dude had the perfect blend of bluesy /melodic chops!
Yes, I agree @mattmacarthur520 - thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
Definitely check this guy’s stuff out. There’s most guitar players and their blues licks … and then, every now and again you get the trailblazers. Jim is in that category.
Yes, I agree @SCgroove - thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
One of the most under rated guitarist ever, Reggie knew when not to play as well as just what the song needed.
Yes, I agree @michaelcollums4197 - thanks for listening 💥 🎶 🎸 !
He also toured with John Waite's solo band in 1984-1985 The No Brakes Tour! 😊🙂😀🙂🤩
Thank you for listening @michaelbujanda8785! 🎉🔥😇
I discovered this band about 8 months ago- UNREAL ❤ i live in Sydney Australia and unfortunately the majority of music listeners down under have never heard of BHTM. They don't know what they are missing out on. I listen to BHTM every day. Best live band on earth.❤
That is cool @LennoreCosta-us2xc! Thanks for listening 💥🎶🔥
Played with Sonny Boy (#2 Sonny Boy #1 was already dead) dang!! Legend of the highest order
Thank you for listening @LipAllowance1! 🎉🔥😇
